Melchi, our innovative and influential Orphanage Director is also a skilled business man. He's has a successful auto trading business in addition to pouring into the lives of the children at the Maranatha House.
As his business grew, he recognized the opportunity this could bring for the Maranatha House. Humbly, he didn't want to keep this to himself or the Maranatha House. A few months ago, Melchi organized a collective of five other orphanage leaders in the Titanyen region. Their goal was to work together to encourage and increase best-practices among their organizations, and also to create a business that would give older children work experience as well as provide sustainable income for their programs. The end objective is that they would be able to exist without needing foreign aid.
This collective has existed for a few months now and we're already seeing the fruit. This is amazing news for the orphanages these leaders serve. We're so happy to share with you how this has already impacted the Maranatha House.
Melchi will be able to take the children on a end-of-summer field trip to the beach in a few weeks. Additionally, six of the older students at the Maranatha House were able to attend trade school this summer.
Because of Ncompass's ability to pour into Melchi, he is pouring into other leaders. As a result, kids and the community are positively impacted. This innovative collective of leaders, is seeing and meeting needs. THIS IS EXPONENTIAL EMPOWERMENT!
Years of support has led to a place where Melchi and the children he leads -- along with the community he’s a part of, are beginning to believe that they CAN be the change they want to see in the world.
Ncompass is striving to become a leader in impacting and building up today’s youth for the Kingdom of God. We are committed to taking a bold, innovative and strategic business approach to inspire global action.
