Melchisedec Chery
Maranatha House Director

Melchisedec (Melchi) graduated high school in 2009 and received a Bachelor Degree from Jacksonville Theological Seminary a few years after. He has also graduated from John Maxell's Million Leaders program. He also runs a Haitian non-profit, New Life Ministries, that partners with Ncompass to support the children of the Maranatha House and Transitions Program. His vision is to empower the Maranatha Children to become the leaders of tomorrow and to see them supported through education. He and his wife Johanne, were married in 2018.

Perdeme Claude
Assistant Director

Perdeme Claude has been the Assistant Director of the Maranatha House since June 2018. He is married and has four beautiful children. Prior to working with Ncompass and the Maranatha House, he was a security guard. Perdeme graduated high school in 2005. His vision is to see the children we serve receive a good education that will lead them to have successful futures.

BELISIER (NANAL) CHERY
WEEKEND COMPUTER SCIENCE TEACHER

Belisier graduated from high school in 2016, and is passionate about computer science. He understands the value computers have in our lives today, and wants the youth at the Maranatha House and in the Transitions Program to have as much opportunity to learn this ever-changing technology as they can. He has been helping with the Maranatha House since 2014. He also helps with translation, and cares deeply about the youth in his community, which drives him to teach Sunday School at his church. He aspires to pursue his Bachelor's Degree in Business administration that would assist in pursuing a career in creating jobs in Haiti.
